"Unsatisfactory Experience"
One of the items I ordered didn’t match what was shown on the site. I reached out via email to request a refund, and the customer service rep I dealt with was really rude and unprofessional. They didn’t pay any attention to my concerns at all.
The other two items were fine, but honestly, the way I was treated has totally turned me off from this company.

"Octonauts"
This year for Christmas, my grandson is really wanting Octonauts. They’re just super hard to find in stores. I looked online for a seller in the UK and stumbled upon Toptoys2U, and I was thrilled to see they had a nice variety. I picked out what I needed and was blown away by their great communication and how fast the delivery was. From now on, this will be my go-to shop for anything I need.

"I won't be ordering from this place again..."
I really won't be coming back to this shop, the costs are way too high. I got the same Lego set for less than half the price elsewhere.

"Great service and fast shipping"
The shipping and service were top-notch. But I've run into an issue. I ordered around 80 surprise batches, and I still haven't come across the flying pink pig I was looking for. Now I'm short on cash, but my daughter has plenty of similar ones.
